Johnson has patented a multi-functional hard surface treating composition that contains a surfactant system including at least two surfactants; at least one alkylene glycol alkyl ether; at least two solvents; at least one detergent; polymeric wetter compound; adjuvants and water as a carrier. The composition has a volatile organic content of less than 4%, lessens fogging on a hard surface, does not include a chelator and does not include monoethanolamine....
